2017 is an important year of fully implementing the 13rd “Five-year Plan” and building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way. To improve the theoretical study and practical exploration of Chinese disability cause and expedite disabled people’s progress of achieving moderately well-off lives, Tai’an Municipal People’s Government in Shandong Province plans to hold the Second Taishan International Disability Forum 2017 in Tai’an on Sep.7^th,2017.
